As Pick N Flick and I missed the start, we missed most of the good stuff on trail, hared by Redheaded Woodpecker and Bimbo By Day.We caught up with the cycling wankers at the beer check at Riley’s Irish Pub.These folks are great, as they didn’t have a chance to properly open, however they served us anything we wanted.Just my luck, the bartender made a mistake and put alcohol in a virgin bloody mary; someone had to step in so it wouldn’t go to waste.Life is good.Arthur Gash and Tour De Bone hung out with Pick N Flick and I while the rest of the wankers left to win the hash.Pick N Flick offered to stuff their bikes in the car and auto hash to the end, however with their athletic prowess, they’d arrive biking to the finish first, anyway.The finish was at Chuy’s on 1st and Whetmore; we had a good turnout despite the typical 169 degrees Fahrenheit summer day.The awards began among chomping of chips and salsa and slurping of beer.Papa and Redheaded Woodpecker were nominated for the face-plant award. ...
