Pedalfiles Hash House Harriers
Who We Are
The Pedalfiles H3 is Tucson's adults only bicycle hash. Our trails are typically A to A (start location is the same as finish or very close by). Wankers should wear a whistle, wear a helmet and need to take an ID and cash on trail as beer checks are typically at a bar. Down Downs after trail concludes the ride, typically in a hash friendly pub. Down downs are mostly guerrilla style.
Founders & Current Mismanagement
The Pedalfiles H3 was founded by Bimbo By Day and Casual Friday. Our inaugural bash was Sunday, October 8, 2006. It all began at Shooters, a great local pub where the owners, given a choice, will kick out other patrons in order to accomodate the hash crowd, and are often seen sitting with the pack enjoying down downs and trying to learn hash songs.
Bimbo by Day and Casual Friday served as joint Grand Mattresses until Casual Friday buggered off to Florida (the wanker).
Current mismanagement: Bimbo by Day, Grand Mattress; Flying Booger, Religious Advisor.

You'll want to know what is happening now and in the future with the Pedalfiles.
Upcoming bashes are announced here (see the On-In! section) and on the Pedalfiles email list. Bash reports are posted here (see the Bash Trash section).
If you'd like to post a ride report of your own, just email it to Flying Booger and he'll add it to the Bash Trash. You can also leave comments after Bash Trash entries.
When and where are the rides?
Normally the Pedalfiles ride every third Sunday of each month in Tucson, Arizona. Start locations are determined by the hares, who volunteer their trail-laying services. Volunteering can be requested during circle or by contacting the Grand Mattress, RA (see the Contacts page on this site), or through the email list. Another reason to sign up!
Start times vary with Tucson temperatures. Summer starts are typically 9am, fall and spring 10am and winter months are 11am. Trails are A to A, usually 13 to 17 miles, and are road bike-friendly. Our trails are geared to all abilities. Riders should make sure that the bike is in safe riding condition with all parts and components in good working order. We ride on the streets of Tucson primarily in marked bike lanes. Obey normal traffic signs and signals. You should refrain from talking on a cell phone while riding and helmets are recommended.
There is no run fee for the Pedalfiles. Hashers should bring money and ID on trail for the barcheck.
